Real Life + Healing

This part isn’t curated.
It’s lived.

Chronic illness, slowing down, rebuilding, and learning how to exist in a way that actually works.

What this actually looks like

Some days are productive.
Some days are slow.
Some days don’t go the way I planned at all.

There’s a lot of adjusting, a lot of listening to my body, and a lot of figuring things out as I go.

Real Life, As It Is

Life here is loud, full, and medically sponsored.

I live with multiple chronic health conditions and work with a full team of doctors. My kids see specialists too. We’re booked and busy—just not in a cute influencer way.

Some days I can barely get out of bed. Other days I’m on the phone with doctors for hours like it’s a part-time job.

This space exists so I can still create, contribute, and support my family when my body allows.

That means everything here runs at a health-led pace—not a burnout pace.

Because of limited capacity, I don’t do back-and-forth messages or DMs.

If you’re here, thank you for meeting me where I am.

How I’m Learning to Live with it

Slowing down without giving up.

Letting things shift instead of forcing them.

Building a life that works with my body instead of constantly fighting against it.

It’s not perfect. It’s just real.

If you’re in this too

If you’re navigating your own version of this—
slowing down, adjusting, rebuilding, or just trying to get through—you’re not the only one.
